European Customers (except Germany) please note:

Due to a technical problem we can currently only process orders manually.

If you are from a country in Europe other than Germany, please follow this procedure:

  1. To find out if we ship to your country, go to Orders and Shipping.
  2. If you are not already a customer, please register by using the login form and create an account in our shop. If this is your first order, use the contact form.
  3. Existing customers can eMail us their shopping list directly by using the eMail address used on previous correspondence. Please note: VAT (Value added tax) shown in our webshop is 19%. We will adjust this to your country's tax rate manually, which in most cases will result in a slightly higher sales price.
  4. We then manually create your invoice and send you the document by eMail.
  5. You can now pay for the invoice by using PayPal or by transfer into our bank account. Details are on the invoice.
  6. Once we have received your paymernt, we send you our order confirmation by eMail.
  7. We then ship your goods and send you a shipping notice by eMail.
  8. You find your tracking nr on the shipping notice.
